How is Sit & Get Fit 2.0 class different from the regular one??
Great question! Regular Sit & Get Fit is hosted at 8:30am during the week and is made for seniors looking to get active and moving.

Our 2.0 class is hosted on Saturdays and it higher tempo, and more energy to help you reach your fitness goals fast!
Will we be sitting down the whole time in this 2.0 class?
You will be seated for 90% of the class however the coach will introduce a few standing movements to get a full body workout. Don't worry, there are always seated modifications if you need them.
