Have you happened to be at the Canton Square around 5 or 6:30 on a Monday or Wednesday and seen ad huge group of people running? Don't worry there is no danger it's just us! From time to time (when the weather allows) we like to get outside of the building and talk a brisk walk around the square as a part of the workout. So if you see us walking, jogging, or in some cases crawling towards the end of the workout... don't mind us. We're just trying to be fit!
