We’re thrilled to introduce you to the newest member of The Well family, Coach Erica, who will be leading our brand-new Soul Flow Yoga class! With her deep passion for yoga and holistic wellness, Coach Erica brings a wealth of experience and a warm, nurturing presence that we know you’re going to love.


Meet Coach Erica

Coach Erica is a certified yoga instructor, weight loss consultant, and accredited meditation practitioner who has turned her personal journey into a powerful source of inspiration for others. After overcoming significant physical challenges through yoga, she has dedicated her life to helping others find their own path to healing and empowerment.

Erica’s approach to yoga is rooted in her belief that the practice is not just about physical flexibility and strength, but also about cultivating inner peace and balance. Her classes are designed to be a sanctuary where you can reconnect with yourself, find your flow, and leave feeling rejuvenated and uplifted.
