We've had a great thing going but it's time for a change. In September we are making some sweeping changes to our class lineup. Why are we making changes you ask? Well there are alot of things that go into it. Our slate of amazing instructors have lives, and things change in their scheduled. We also take into account your opinions by way of attendance. If a class isn't all that well attended, we often look to replace it with something that our members will enjoy all the more. Finally, we also want to provide you with as many options as possible. Beginner, intermediate, and advanced classes, classes that focus on stretching and recovery, we want to be able to provide you with everything you need on your fitness journey.

Starting September 5th we are launching Tune Up Tuesdays with Coach Joyce!
At the well we do alot of cardio and aerobic classes that over time can be hard on your body and joints. Because of this we've created Tune up Tuesdays! A class focused on strength training to tone up the body, and purposeful stretching to help your muscles recover. If you've been working out and have seemed to hit a wall, or find your arms and legs feeling a bit tight, this is the recovery class you've been waiting for!

Dance 2 Be Fit No Cap & Saturday Slay Are Coming To An End!
Dance 2 Be Fit has has been a huge part of our programming at the Well. We've sweated and pushed past our limits time and time again with this awesome class however all great things must come to an end. We are working on bringing you another amazing class to help you reach your fitness goals in this time slot. If you have any recommendations we would love to hear from you! If you still would like to get your Labroski fill, the Danc 2 Be Fit Funky fit class is still available at 5:30pm!

Line Dancing with Lala (Thu 5:30)
It's a party at The Well every Thursday at 5:30pm for line dancing. The building it filled with all kinds of people learning and grooving to the latest line dances. Don't be fooled, we dance and have fun, but you'll break a sweat too as we dance the day away.
Extreme Hip Hop Step (Thu 6:30)
After the dancers leave the dance floor, the aerobic steps come out at 6:30pm for an high energy step aerobic workout. The music is blasting as Coach KD calls out steps to go with the music. Don't worry, every class starts with a quick lesson, and you'll be able to jump right in.

Zumba With Coach Johnnie (Mon & Wed @11:00)
Get a taste of latin flavor with our morning Zumba classes. This beginners dance fitness class is low impact, fun, and will have you grooving to Latin music.
Sad to see the 6:30 pm class go… but I will be at the 5:30 classes! Tune Up Tuesdays sounds amazing!
