Daytime Classes are Back At The Well!

We’re excited to announce the launch of our brand-new daytime class, Sit and Get Fit! After hearing your feedback and recognizing the need for a more accessible and gentle workout option, we’ve replaced our daytime Zumba and MixxedFit classes with something tailored to meet everyone’s needs.


Sit and Get Fit is designed especially for those who are looking for a low-impact, effective workout that focuses on strength, flexibility, and overall well-being—all while being easy on the joints. This class is perfect for our seniors, stay-at-home moms, and anyone else who wants to maintain or improve their fitness level in a welcoming environment.

  • Gentle yet Effective: This class is ideal for anyone who wants to stay active without the intensity of a traditional workout. The exercises are designed to help you build strength, improve flexibility, and increase balance—all while sitting or using minimal movement.

  • New Routine, Same Great Energy: While we’ve said goodbye to our daytime Zumba and MixxedFit classes, Sit and Get Fit brings a fresh approach to staying healthy during the day. You’ll still get a great workout, but at a pace that’s perfect for your lifestyle.

  • Convenient Daytime Schedule: Join us every Tuesday and Thursday at 8:30 AM for a session that fits perfectly into your morning routine. Start your day with movement and positivity!

In each 45-minute session, you’ll be guided through a variety of seated exercises that are easy to follow and adaptable to your fitness level. Our experienced instructors are here to support you, ensuring you get the most out of your workout while having fun in the process.
