Dance 2 Be Fit!


So we had a crazy idea. What would it look like to move all of the tables and chairs out and open the space to a high-energy dance instructor? Well, It looks like Dance 2 Be Fit!


Labroski Herrod, a Canton native is bringing his high-energy, fat-burning dance moves to The Well to help us get fit. But it's more than a fitness class it's a community. Every Monday, Wednesday, and Saturday, people from all over come together for 45 minutes to work towards a common goal. A healthier lifestyle. At Dance 2 Be Fit we dance, laugh, sweat, and have an amazing time working out together.


The magic of Dance 2 Be Fit is the environment. It's something you have to see to believe. Imagine the music pumping, dance club lights flashing, and your closest friend beside you... Is this a dance party, or a workout? 45 minutes flies by when you having a good time. Come out and enjoy Dance 2 Be Fit!


There are three class Options:

  1. Dance 2 Be Fit - Funky Fit

    1. Monday's and Wednesdays 5:30 - 6:15pm

    2. Intermediate aerobic workout

    3. Throwback hits from the 80's and 90's

  2. Dance 2 Be Fit - No Cap

    1. Monday's and Wednesdays 6:30 - 7:15pm

    2. Advanced aerobic workout

    3. Modern hits from today

  3. Dance 2 Be Fit - Saturday Slay

    1. Saturday 8:00 - 9:00am

    2. Advanced aerobic workout

    3. Hits from all eras
