Line Dancing

Step into fun with our beginner-friendly Line Dancing class! Whether you’re new to line dancing or have been at it for a decade, you're going to love this exciting class that will get your heart rate up, and laughing all night long

Sit & Get Fit

Sit and Get Fit is a fun, low-impact workout designed to improve strength, balance, and mobility—all from the comfort of a chair. Perfect for seniors, beginners, or anyone looking for a gentle way to stay active.

Yoga

Turn up the heat with this high-energy, full-body workout that’s all about energy, sweat, and serious results. Burn with Vern brings the motivation, music, and movement to help you push past your limits—and have fun doing it. 

Mat Pilates

Tue & Thu @ 5:30pm

Mat Pilates is a low-impact, full-body workout done on the mat that focuses on core strength, stability, and mobility. You’ll move through controlled, mindful exercises that strengthen your muscles, improve posture, and protect your back—no experience or special equipment needed.

Cardio Burn

Tue & Thu @ 5:30AM

Wake up and brin calories with us every Tuesday and Thursday Morning. Get up, Sweat, and get on with your day with this high intensity cardio workout with Coach Vern! You'll be glad that you did!

Dance 2 Be Fit

Mon & Wed @ 5:30PM

A dance fitness party that gets your heart pumping and your body moving! Easy-to-follow routines and great music make this the perfect class for all levels. No dance skills needed—just show up and have fun.

Where Should I Start?

Dance 2 Be Fit  Monday & Wednesday is a great place to start your workout journey at The Well. It's hard enough to get your heart rate up, but low impact enough to take care of your joints. 

See The Entire Lineup of Amazing Classes

We've got over 10 classes every week to help you find your place, get moving, and see results. Students that see the best results attent 3 - 4 classes per week. It's hard to move the needle if you're only working out 2 out of 7 days a week!
