Dance 2 Be Fit

Mon & Wed @ 5:30PM

A dance fitness party that gets your heart pumping and your body moving! Easy-to-follow routines and great music make this the perfect class for all levels. No dance skills needed—just show up and have fun.

Line Dancing

Mon & Wed @ 6:30pm

Step into fun with our beginner-friendly Line Dancing class! Whether you’re new to line dancing or have been at it for a decade, you're going to love this exciting class that will get your heart rate up, and laughing all night long

Sculpt

Tue & Thu @ 5:30pm

Sculpt is a strength training class all about building lean muscle. With controlled movements and targeted exercises, you’ll feel stronger. No jumping, no pressure—just a supportive space to build your strength and confidence.

Rise & Grind

Wake your body up and get moving with this energizing bootcamp-style workout! With a mix of strength, cardio, and full-body circuits, this class is designed to help you build confidence, boost endurance, and crush your goals—one rep at a time.

Sit & Get Fit

Sit and Get Fit is a fun, low-impact workout designed to improve strength, balance, and mobility—all from the comfort of a chair. Perfect for seniors, beginners, or anyone looking for a gentle way to stay active.

Where Should I Start?

Sculpt Tuesday & Thursday is a great place to start your workout journey at The Well. It's hard enough to get your heart rate up, but low impact enough to take care of your joints. 

See The Entire Lineup of Amazing Classes

We've got over 10 classes every week to help you find your place, get moving, and see results. Students that see the best results attent 3 - 4 classes per week. It's hard to move the needle if you're only working out 2 out of 7 days a week!
